Nicole C. Engard is the Director of Open Source Education at ByWater Solutions. Nicole C. Engard received her MLIS from Drexel University and BA from Juniata College. Her experience in open source software started with the Koha ILS, for which she is no the Documentation Manager and continues with her work at ByWater Solutions and BibLibre.
